I am just beginning to familiarize myself with this whole blogging thing. I figure I will go ahead and jump on this band wagon...
This is going to be a new music/song review type blog. The first artist I am going to hit up is going to be Matt Maher.
I have become very familiar with Matt and his music recently through work and am really impressed with this guy. He has a heart for true worship and bridging the gap from our spiritual life to our everyday life. Everything about this guy screams that he will be an incredible success.
The title track of his Debut Album, Empty & Beautiful, seems to highlight the entire Christian walk in a simple, yet complete, manner. It touches on the struggles of the faith and life in general and then hits us with a profoundly revolutionary and blatantly obvious statement. In order to live as Christ lived and as He called us to live, we must be "Empty and Beautiful."
I definitely encourage you all to check out Matt and get this great CD!

Woah. Definitely different, even for Mr. Hare, who practically makes his living on different.
